Ingredients list for both smoothies:
- 750g buckwheat (sprouted for 1-2 days)
- 150g sunflower seeds (sprouted for 1-2 days)
- 4 apples
- Celery
I supplement vitamin d and b12
When I'm hungry for something salty, I do eat some sauerkraut with sprouted legumes
